Who is eligible for a subscription?
You must be at least 31 years old and have held a UK driving license for 4 years. We also check for any major points on your record. Honestly, this strictness helps us keep the insurance costs low for the rest of our 47 members.
How often can I swap my car?
Our executive membership includes one free swap every 30 days. Most members use this to grab a large SUV for a trip or a sports car for a long weekend. If you need more frequent changes, we charge a flat £47 fee to cover the valeting and fuel checks.
How long does a car swap take?
The process at our Station Road hub is very fast. You park your current car, sign the digital hand-over on our tablet, and grab the keys for your next vehicle. We timed it last month and the average swap took 13 minutes from start to finish.
What happens if the car breaks down?
Every OHC subscription includes 24/7 roadside assistance across the UK. If the car cannot be fixed at the roadside, we will pay for your taxi back to Reading and provide a replacement vehicle within 4 business hours.
Is there a long-term financial commitment?
No. You pay month-to-month. If your project ends or your plans change, just give us 30 days' notice to stop the service. There are no exit fees or hidden debt entries on your credit file.
